How this works (lump sum): the EU pays per work package based on whether the activities were
carried out and documented. A WP is "ready to report" when all its tasks are done and evidence is attached.
Track status, who did what, and the evidence — not receipts.
Meeting minutes
All meeting minutes (referater) in one place — both those you add here and any evidence marked "Minutes" on the work packages. Newest first.
Project documents
Everything in one place: upload the Erasmus+ application, the budget, the grant & partnership agreements, and reports to EACEA. Stored securely — only signed-in partners can see them.

About this tool
This is a first working version (MVP) of the Erasmus+ delivery- and documentation-tracking tool described in the requirements specification. It is a single self-contained web page; all data is stored in your browser (localStorage) so you can try it without any setup.
What it does now (Phase 1)
- Shows every work package with a status traffic light and progress.
- Lets you add tasks, update status, and attach evidence (as a name + link/note) per task.
- Flags each work package as "ready to report" when all tasks are done and evidence exists.
- Tracks indicators (baseline → target → achieved).
Next phases (not built yet)
- Budget shares per WP/partner + payment calculation from the WP score scale.
- Interim/final report draft generation and export.
- Real file upload, multi-user roles, backup — when moved to a proper web app on your own server.
Built as a starting point to continue in Claude Code. The data model and screens mirror the requirements spec, so it is easy to extend.
